WHAT ARE WE DOING TO TAKE CARE OF YOU AND OUR COMMUNITY?

We have unified criteria evaluating the operations' risks throughout the national territory, intending to take care of you, our community, and collaborators. In this way, we have implemented a biosecurity protocol.

 

Below we highlight the essential points: 

 

OUR TEAM

 

  • All our personnel has received training regarding the new regulations and our biosecurity measures. 

  • We ensure that all staff enter and leave the hotel in good health.

  • We created a risk management committee focused on guaranteeing our facilities' security in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.

  • We created a contingency plan that defines our entire team's behaviors in case of infection or if someone has symptoms.

  • We updated the endowment of our team so that it complies with biosecurity standards.

  • We updated the service procedures of our team to avoid the risk of infection. These services include check-in, room service, restaurant, luggage transfer, bar, etc.

 

OUR VISITORS

 

  • We create a protocol of conduct to reduce the risk of infection between visitors and our community. 

 

 

FACILITIES

 

  • We have provided primers with hygiene, social distancing, and cleaning procedures in all the hotel's common areas. 

  • We installed new points for hand washing and disinfection in specific areas of the hotel.

  • We identified the hotel's most significant contact elements, and we do a programmed and controlled cleaning of these frequently. 

  • To reduce unnecessary contact points, we reduced part of the decoration and furniture of our hotel.    

 

BEDROOMS

 

  • We created a new procedure for cleaning the rooms to avoid cross-contamination and deliver a wholly disinfected room.

 

CLEANING

 

  • We increase the cleaning and disinfection frequencies of our facilities. 

  • We trained our cleaning team in these new procedures. 

  • We use cleaning products and proven methodologies to eliminate the virus. 

 

RESTAURANT AND KITCHEN

 

  • We modified our sanitation procedures, including new methods against Covid-19, following current regulations. 

  • We ensure that our suppliers comply with a cleaning and disinfection protocol in all their processes.

  • The maximum capacity of our restaurants will be 30%. 

 

 

SUSTAINABILITY

 

  • We identify sustainable alternatives for implementing our protocol to reduce the waste generated by these new measures.

  • This protocol has not neglected our commitment to the environment. Our hotels consciously work for their Sustainability Plans, avoiding as much as possible polluting products and articles.

  • Our hotels protect Colombia's tremendous natural and cultural biodiversity; we integrate local culture and places into our guests' experience.

  • We use local products in each of the restaurants; we recycle waste, save energy and water consumption for our environment's good.

TRANSPORT

 

  • All vehicles entering our facilities are thoroughly disinfected. 

  • If you contract a transport service with us, we can guarantee a car that complies with the biosafety conditions.
